Levels
After 3 - 6 months of training in Foundations, students have the option to test into Level 1 classes.
Students at this stage typically focus on refining their self-defense abilities and becoming more proficient in Krav Maga's practical and effective techniques. This advanced training emphasizes a combination of strikes, grapples, and defenses against various real-life threats, all while promoting physical fitness, situational awareness, and mental toughness. More complex techniques, scenarios and stress drills are introduced as students progress into levels.

Mitt Fitness
Our mitt fitness class is a high-intensity workout session that combines boxing and martial arts techniques with cardiovascular exercises. Participants wear mma or boxing gloves and use focus mitts, which are held by an instructor or a partner, to perform a series of punches, strikes, and defensive movements. This dynamic and engaging workout not only helps improve overall fitness, strength, and agility but also enhances hand-eye coordination and stress relief. It's a fun and challenging way to get in shape while learning different combos.
